FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- If you are a VIP Customer ($99/year), your delivery will take priority over any other delivery. It will be under the responsibility of RK Group only without any other necessary costs. The delivery will be instantaneous between 24 hours and the delivery time. The seller is not responsible for your delivery.
-Standard customer is a customer without VIP status. It concerns anyone who does not pay a VIP charge. In this case, the delivery is the responsibility of the seller without the involvement of RK Group. The seller and the customer should agree on the methods, means and time of delivery.
-The seller will only have access to the delivery of standard Customers only or the delivery of their ordered products will be strictly at their expense and not ours. However, VIP customers will be at our expense and not at the seller's expense. Of course we will collaborate with the seller to be sure to have all the information of the product to be delivered and the customer.

-Standard customer, contact the seller with whom you placed your order.
Who is responsible for refunding product orders with damage or undelivered items?
-RK Group is only responsible for the products of our VIP customers only. We will contact the seller on your behalf once you contact us regarding your concern. We will resolve them within the next 48 hours of receiving your problem.
-Standard customers will be able to contact the seller directly to resolve their problem directly or we will only be an arbiter (Contact our support team to help you if you have not won your case with the seller).
